We are up and running! We are currently experiencing delays in shipping due to the Pandemic (if you didn't know). All orders will be processed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time.
Processing and Despatch Update:
All our products are 'made to order'. We design and print all our products in Australia. This usually takes up to two weeks from the time you place your order to despatch. We always aim to get them out to you quicker and more often than not, you will receive your purchase within 2 weeks from the date you place your order.
We have found that this structure is more economical for our small business especially during the Pandemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered business days and there may be delays on all orders placed during the holiday season.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase attached (receipt or invoice issued by MEASTRONG at the time of purchase).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable amount of days have passed, please double check with your credit card company before proceeding, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@meastrong,com.au.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges won't be granted if you have a change of mind or if you have picked the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care Team will provide a return address for the product.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to have the exchanged item returned to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOMS SEIZURE & DISCLAIMER
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned undamaged and in saleable condition. In that event, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customs fees may apply.
MEASTRONG cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional costs to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related seized products or delivery delays. Although the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from MEASTRONG you agree to the policies stated above. MEASTRONG reserves the right to change these policies at any time and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
